How do I measure a cubic metre?
Simply measure the length of the pile of rubbish x the height of the pile of rubbish x the width of the pile of rubbish. Or, if you can imagine how much space the average family car takes up and fitting all your rubbish into this space then you would have about 6-7 cubic metres.
Is there a set amount I have to book in?
No. We simply need to have an idea of how much rubbish you will have on the dayso we can fit the rubbish on the right sized truck/s and to allow enough time for us to get to our next customers. Once we have seen all the rubbish we will give you a fixed price. If you are happy with the price we will take it all away. Our prices listed on the pricing page are all inclusive and include all labour, tip fees. (General Waste is $50 per metre and building materials are $65 per metre)
Do you recycle?
Yes. Whenever and wherever we can. Some materials however, reach their end of cycle and unfortunately cannot be recycled at present. For example, timber laminate with glue. Generally speaking, recycling keeps our costs down which we are then able to pass on to you. At present, some examples of the items we recycle include timbers, steel, cardboard, plastic and polystyrene, rubber, fabric, greenwaste, bricks, concrete and soil.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Generally speaking, some jobs can be done the same day. Other jobs will need to be booked in about 1-2 days before. This is subject to the size and nature of the job.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes. We operate 7 days a week for your convenience. Our hours are 8.00 am to 8.00pm.
Do you take any rubbish?
We take everything except for large quantities of concrete, bricks, soil and hazardous materials eg aspestos.
What areas do you service?

Mattress Surcharge- why is there a surcharge and how to reduce the cost?
When we dispose of mattresses we pay an extra charge. The reason for this is that mattresses needs to be pulled apart before it can be disposed of. Most tips and recycling centres pay other people to do this for them. In order to avoid paying $60, simply use a stanley knife to cut around the edges of the mattress. Then simply peel away all the material to expose and separate the inner steel springs.
Ask the receptionist for more information when you call. It's easy.
