Unlike a lot of other companies, we do not have problems with tight access in laneways, underground carparks, properties without on site parking etc. Our vehicles have been specifically designed with these issues in mind. However, we are able to load around 14 cubic metres at any one time on any one vehicle. There are 3 vehicles in our fleet. Our skilled drivers operate a tandem tipper truck and tipper trailer which meet all your requirements and make removing your rubbish EASY.

We accept all household and office goods, greenwaste, steel, unwanted furniture, whitegoods, cardboard boxes. We can clean out garages and garden sheds.

We DO NOT ACCEPT large quantities of bricks, soil or concrete or any hazardous waste including aspestos. No building material, particularly off homes built prior to 1990.

We load your rubbish onto our truck and take it all away. This all inclusive cost is cheaper than hiring skips. For larger jobs over 12m3, discounts are available.

Before any work is done, a fixed priced is agreed on. Jobs that involve more complex and difficult access an hourly charge may be agreed upon first with a set limit to costs.

Wherever we can, if cost savings can be made along the way they will be passed on to you.

According to the Queensland Department of Health;

"As a general rule, if your house was built:

• Before the mid 1980s, it is highly likely that it would have materials containing asbestos.
• Between the mid 1980s and 1990, it is likely that it would have materials containing asbestos.
• After 1990, it is highly unlikely it would have materials containing asbestos.

If you are not sure that a material contains asbestos, play it safe and assume that it does."

Some examples where aspestos can be found in the home include:

Corrugated asbestos roofing. Backyard sheds, outbuildings and dog kennels. Electrical meter board. Wet areas (bathroom, toilet and laundry) including wall and ceiling lining and under floor tiles. Lining above windows and doors. Eaves. Woodheater (rope in door and sheeting under the brick hearth base.) Sub floor packets. Hotwater piping
